What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is officially released or restocked. This ensures you secure the item in advance and receive it as soon as it becomes available.
How do I place a pre-order?
To place a pre-order, simply browse the available items, select your desired style and size, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout to secure your order during the pre-order window. Payment is required upfront to reserve your item.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as other secure payment options shown at checkout.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled after purchase, as they are made-to-order items. Please double-check your order before completing checkout. If you have any concerns, contact us at support@aierice.com.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
Please contact us at support@aierice.com immediately. If your order has not yet gone into production or been shipped, we may be able to update the address. Once production or shipping has begun, address changes are no longer possible, and any reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Why was my payment declined?
Payment may be declined due to incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or security flags from your bank. Please double-check your information or try an alternate payment method. If issues persist, contact your bank directly.
When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-orders are estimated to ship 8–12 weeks after the preorder window closes. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is on the way.
How can I track my pre-order once it ships?
After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number and link. Use this to follow your package in real-time.
Why isn’t my tracking information updating?
Tracking details can take a few days to update. If you notice no movement for 15 days after shipping, contact our customer support at support@aierice.com so we can assist.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
Please know that our delivery estimates are based on projected production timelines. If delays occur, we’ll notify you via email. For concerns beyond 15 days of no tracking update, please reach out to us.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package is lost in transit, contact support@aierice.com. We’ll investigate and offer a resolution. Please note: we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.
What if my tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive anything?
Please check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office. If the package remains missing, contact the carrier for assistance. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer reshipments or refunds for items marked as delivered.
What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address?
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will hold it until we hear from you. You will be responsible for any reshipping fees. Refunds cannot be issued in these cases.
Do you accept returns on pre-order items?

How do refunds work?
Refunds (when applicable) are processed after returned items are received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment method.

We do not offer exchanges. It is very important to check the product and sizing page before placing your order.
Why are pre-order items sometimes shipped separately?
Pre-order items may ship separately from in-stock items depending on availability. This helps prevent delays with your other items.
